Heart Flutters
A sweet spring scene, bursting with joy and love. This 3D wire frame sun catcher measures approximately 8” W x 8” H and is made of 16 pieces of specialty glass, complete with chain for displaying. Looks beautiful hanging in a window or laying flat on a table where the 3D butterfly looks ready to take flight!
Each creation is handcrafted using the Tiffany Stained Glass method. All pieces are hand cut, ground, cleaned, and copper foiled. The edges are burnished for preparation of the flux facilitator (fancy!) before soldering. Every item is cleaned (twice when black patina is applied) and polished with a protective wax.
